Bryan Yaldou
Bryan brings 13 years of legal experience to his clients.
While wage-related employment law and bankruptcy are his primary areas of expertise, Bryan is also well-versed in the area of personal injury and wrongful death, as well as estate planning matters. Bryan spent his early legal career in many areas, including medical malpractice, auto negligence, products liability, and bankruptcy. His clients included prominent companies, including Chrysler and General Motors.
This broad experience helped Bryan realize he wanted to devote his legal skills to helping individuals who are experiencing financial difficulties. With this in mind, Bryan opened his own practice in March 2012.
“My goal in opening my own law practice was to bring individuals and families the benefits of the high-level bankruptcy and injury law I practiced earlier in my career. When people come to me, it is often the first — and sometimes the only — time they need a lawyer. I want to show them the best the legal community has to offer by addressing their fears, helping them make legal decisions that won’t hurt them financially, and being available for phone calls and in-person meetings so they know they’re never facing their legal issues alone.”
Bryan was born and raised in southeast Michigan. He and his wife, Tara, have three children less than 4 years apart in age. Bryan is very family-oriented and spends the majority of his free time with his family. During spring and summer, he is often found on the baseball diamond helping coach his daughter in softball and his two sons in baseball. Bryan maintains an eternal hope that the Tigers and Lions will someday win championships for Detroit.
